Super Simple 30 Minute Mental Stimulation Hack!!
Looking for a quick mental stimulation hack? This is Jasper’s pre walk routine to get rid of any anxious energy in the morning.
All you need is to grab a towel, wrap some treats in, tie it in a knot and let your dog work their way through it.
You can really notice a change in state of mind by the end of the activity, as you can tell he’s a lot calmer and for me, easier to walk.
This take a good 30-45 minutes and is great before a morning walk for anxious and reactive dogs but also great for anytime during the day for mental stimulation.
Make sure to remove any rugs, blankets and objects on the floor that could be a hazard.
